Non-surgical nose appearance consultation
If you would like to discuss your nose profile, tip or visible asymmetry, a clinician can assess your goals and explain whether any non-surgical cosmetic option is appropriate. A procedure or particular change is not assumed.
What an assessment can clarify
A consultation can explain suitability, limits, alternatives and risks before any decision.
Nose appearance needs careful individual assessment.

Nose shape is influenced by underlying structure, skin and soft tissue. A non-surgical option cannot reproduce the range of changes possible with surgery, and some concerns may not be suitable for a cosmetic procedure at all.
The clinician should discuss realistic limits, alternatives, material risks, the exact product or procedure if one is proposed, and what would happen if a complication occurred. An injectable option around the nose can carry rare but serious circulation or vision risks. No result is guaranteed, and not every unwanted change can simply be reversed.
Breathing difficulty, injury, persistent pain or another functional concern needs appropriate medical assessment. A cosmetic consultation is not a route for diagnosing or treating nasal breathing problems.
What to expect from a consultation
You do not have to choose a procedure before the assessment.
01 · Before Describe your concern
Note the exact appearance feature you want to discuss and any breathing or pain symptoms that need separate assessment.
02 · During Review suitability
The clinician can assess your anatomy, goals, alternatives, material risks and whether an exact service is available with an eligible practitioner.
03 · After Decide with information
If an option is suitable, take time to understand its limits, aftercare, cost and complication plan. No outcome is guaranteed.

Understand the limits before choosing
The consultation should identify your actual concern and whether any aesthetic option fits it.
What a non-surgical option can and cannot do
A consultation can distinguish a contour concern from a structural or breathing problem. Non-surgical methods do not make the same changes as surgery. The clinician should explain what is realistically possible for your anatomy, including a decision not to proceed.
Risk and aftercare discussion
If an injectable procedure is considered, ask about material risks, including rare serious circulation or vision complications, signs that need urgent help, aftercare and the clinic’s response plan. No intervention is risk-free or guaranteed to be reversible.
When another assessment is needed
Breathing difficulty, injury, persistent pain or other functional symptoms should be assessed through an appropriate medical route. A cosmetic consultation does not replace diagnosis or treatment of those concerns.
Reviewed against GMC cosmetic-intervention consent guidance, UK cosmetic-intervention risk review and ASA/CAP advertising guidance on 3 October 2026; not whole-site clearance.
