Lip fillers for men: individual goals and risks
A lip consultation should start with your own preferences about shape or volume. There is no single masculine lip shape and no requirement to change normal features. Discuss what you would like to preserve as well as change; a procedure cannot guarantee confidence or attractiveness.

Your concern and preferences
Being male does not determine the appropriate product or amount. Ask how your anatomy, previous treatments, health history and preferences affect the proposal. This guide does not prescribe a standard dose, a particular product or an automatic maintenance schedule. Choosing no treatment remains an option.
Assessment before a procedure
Filler injections carry risks. Swelling, bruising, pain, infection, lumps and an unwanted result can occur. Accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause tissue damage and, rarely, visual loss or stroke. Discuss the exact product, area, practitioner experience and how complications are managed before consenting.

Questions about the proposal
Ask about preparation, recovery, aftercare, urgent contact arrangements and the total cost. Seek immediate medical attention for unusual pain, pale or discoloured skin or vision changes during or after treatment. Results and duration vary; complete symmetry, a natural-looking result or easy reversal cannot be guaranteed.

Common questions
What is doctor-led planning?
It is a consultation-led approach where your goals, medical history, suitability, treatment options, recovery and aftercare are reviewed before a plan is confirmed.
How much is a consultation?
Consultations are free. A £50 reservation fee secures an appointment with a doctor, nurse or qualified practitioner. The booking journey shows any payment or card protection and the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms before confirmation.
Can I book without knowing which treatment I need?
Yes. You can start with a consultation and the team will guide you through suitable options for your skin, face, body or hair goals.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results vary between individuals. Your clinician will explain realistic expectations, risks, downtime and maintenance before treatment.
