The manufacturer’s December 2024 safety and clinical performance summary describes NCTF 135 HA as a Class III injectable device for aesthetic use under the EU framework. It contains non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate at 5 mg/mL with a polyrevitalising solution and does not contain a medicinal substance.

The manufacturer lists intradermal use for the face, including the periorbital area, neck and décolleté, for hydration and revitalisation of tired or dull skin and superficial wrinkles. A Dr Sknn catalogue label does not prove that every area, device, method or practitioner route is interchangeable; the exact product, technique and area must be confirmed before treatment.

A manufacturer-funded randomised study enrolled 146 participants and compared three NCTF 135 HA injection sessions plus twice-daily moisturiser with moisturiser alone on selected face, neck and décolleté areas. It reported group-level improvements through Day 120, but that design, funding, follow-up and selected areas do not predict an individual result or support every catalogue route.

NCTF 135 HA should not be used in an area with a skin alteration or disease, in people with a history of autoimmune disease or receiving immunotherapy, with a known allergy to a constituent, under age 18, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Anticoagulant or antiplatelet treatment can increase bruising and mild bleeding, and the full medical history must be reviewed.
