Thigh Fat Reduction
Discuss the appearance of localised fullness the thighs, your goals and whether a body-contouring option is suitable. A consultation does not commit you to treatment.
Compare current Single and Subscription prices, book an exact treatment directly, or add several treatments to one visit plan. Suitability is confirmed before treatment.
What treatment planning should establish.
These four points support treatment planning. The detailed guide below covers this treatment.

Fullness around the thighs can reflect more than one feature, including localised fat and the appearance of the skin. Assessment is needed before deciding what, if anything, could reasonably change. Body contouring is not a weight-loss treatment.
ONDA uses microwave energy for body contouring. Any proposed use must match the device, applicator, treatment area and your individual suitability. It should not be described as harmless to surrounding tissues or as guaranteeing fat reduction or skin tightening.
Comfort, recovery and response vary. Non-invasive treatment can still cause adverse effects, including discomfort, redness or swelling; heat-based treatment can also cause burns or changes in skin colour. Ask the clinician to explain the risks and limits relevant to the exact device and area.
Before, during and after your treatment.
Your exact experience and recovery are individual. Your clinician will explain what applies to you.
01 · Before Before your treatment
Your clinician will review your concern, medical history, medicines, previous treatments and goals. Preparation varies by treatment; do not change prescribed medicines unless a qualified clinician advises you to do so.
02 · During During your treatment
Treatment proceeds only after suitability and consent are confirmed. Your clinician will explain the steps, likely duration, comfort measures, alternatives and what applies to the route you select.
03 · After After your treatment
Recovery and aftercare vary by treatment. Follow the written advice you receive and contact the clinic about unexpected or worsening symptoms, including any urgent warning signs explained by your clinician.

Questions to consider before treatment.
Treatment information covering suitability, what to expect and aftercare.
Your treatment area
For the thighs, discuss whether your priority is localised fullness, skin texture or visible dimpling. These are different goals. Ask the clinician to identify the exact area and explain which features a proposed treatment could and could not address.
Planning an ONDA consultation
Bring details of previous procedures, medicines, relevant health conditions and implants. The clinician must check the device instructions and your suitability before proposing a plan.
The number and length of sessions, expected recovery and review arrangements should be agreed individually. No fixed course or particular reduction is promised.
Recovery, alternatives and aftercare
Allow for an individual recovery period and follow the written aftercare for your treatment. Ask about warning signs and who to contact if symptoms are unexpected or worsening.
Choosing no procedure is an option. This page does not recommend LED or another add-on as a routine way to improve ONDA results.
