Dark under-eyes in men: cosmetic questions
Darkness beneath the eyes may reflect colour in the skin, a shadow, visible vessels or several factors together. Darkness, under-eye bags and lines are different concerns. Describe what you notice and any recent change; a photograph or a gender label cannot select a suitable procedure.

Your concern and preferences
A new, changing or unexplained eye-area concern should receive appropriate assessment before cosmetic treatment. Mention irritation, swelling, previous procedures and the products you use. Pain or a change in vision needs prompt medical attention rather than an ordinary cosmetic booking.
Assessment before a procedure
An eye cream or procedure does not address every cause of dark under-eyes. Ask what the proposed approach is intended to change and what it cannot change. No skincare brand, IPL, laser, facial, microneedling or injectable procedure is presented here as necessary or suitable for everyone.

Questions about the proposal
The eye area needs particular care. Ask about the full risks and safeguards for any proposed treatment, including swelling, pigment change and other method-specific complications. Under-eye filler may be considered for selected hollows, but it does not treat all darkness and carries a rare risk of serious vascular injury and visual loss. No treatment remains a valid choice.

Common questions
What is doctor-led planning?
It is a consultation-led approach where your goals, medical history, suitability, treatment options, recovery and aftercare are reviewed before a plan is confirmed.
How much is a consultation?
Consultations are free. A £50 reservation fee secures an appointment with a doctor, nurse or qualified practitioner. The booking journey shows any payment or card protection and the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms before confirmation.
Can I book without knowing which treatment I need?
Yes. You can start with a consultation and the team will guide you through suitable options for your skin, face, body or hair goals.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results vary between individuals. Your clinician will explain realistic expectations, risks, downtime and maintenance before treatment.
