HydraFacial Syndeo uses a fluid-delivering handpiece with suction to exfoliate the upper layers of intact skin. The manufacturer’s current EEA instructions list mild-to-moderate acne, including blackheads and whiteheads, and superficial acne scarring as device indications. That does not make it a replacement for medical assessment or prescribed acne care.

Published evidence for hydradermabrasion is limited. One small randomised study of 20 women reported selected clinical and tissue changes after six treatments with a particular antioxidant serum. Its size, population and protocol mean it cannot establish the result of one appointment or every HydraFacial option now offered.

Can I have HydraFacial after another cosmetic treatment?

What aftercare should I follow?
