Hydrafacial for Men
HydraFacial is a hydradermabrasion facial that uses a handpiece to exfoliate the upper layers of intact skin while cleansing, extracting and delivering skin solutions. At Dr Sknn Wilmslow, the treatment is tailored after an individual assessment. It may be considered for concerns such as congestion, texture or dehydration, but the clinical evidence is limited and individual results vary.

Why Patients Trust Dr Sknn for HydraFacial
Skin characteristics and concerns vary between individuals and should not be assumed from gender. HydraFacial is intended to exfoliate the upper skin layers; it should not be described as penetrating deeper layers. The handpiece and selected solutions can be adjusted after assessment of skin condition, sensitivity, medicines, allergies and the result you are seeking.
Personalised HydraFacial for Men
Small published studies have reported changes in selected skin-quality or acne-appearance measures after hydradermabrasion treatment, but the studies are small and do not establish an immediate or guaranteed result for every person. Your practitioner will discuss which concerns the proposed protocol is intended to address, the limits of the evidence and realistic expectations before treatment.

HydraFacial for Men
A HydraFacial plan is based on the individual skin assessment rather than a gender-based promise. The core facial stages may be adapted with compatible options when appropriate. Body, eye, lip, scalp or other add-ons are not assumed to be available: current service, clinic and practitioner allocation must be confirmed when you book.
Advanced HydraFacial for Men
A consultation is required to assess suitability and select the treatment steps. HydraFacial should be used on intact skin and is not suitable for everyone. Temporary irritation, tightness or redness can occur and may last up to 72 hours depending on skin sensitivity. Tell the practitioner about active skin conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medicines, recent procedures and allergies. Current HydraFacial appointments are at Wilmslow with a Qualified Practitioner, and Qualified Practitioner consultations are free. The booking journey shows the exact treatment price and any treatment-specific booking payment before confirmation.

Common questions
What is doctor-led planning?
It is a consultation-led approach where your goals, medical history, suitability, treatment options, recovery and aftercare are reviewed before a plan is confirmed.
How much is a consultation?
Consultations are free. A £50 reservation fee secures an appointment with a doctor, nurse or qualified practitioner. The booking journey shows any payment or card protection and the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms before confirmation.
Can I book without knowing which treatment I need?
Yes. You can start with a consultation and the team will guide you through suitable options for your skin, face, body or hair goals.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results vary between individuals. Your clinician will explain realistic expectations, risks, downtime and maintenance before treatment.
