At Dr Sknn, when you attend your consultation for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, our medical team will first take your medical history and perform a physical examination, which includes taking photographs. During the consultation, you will have an opportunity to discuss your concerns, expectations, and ask any questions you may have. We will also discuss any post-treatment advice and potential risks associated with the treatment to ensure you fully understand them before signing a consent form. In addition, if it's a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to determine the suitability of the treatment for your skin. For those with skin type III or above, a topical product may be required for four weeks prior to treatment.
