During the consultation, our team will perform a medical history, physical examination, and take photographs to assess your suitability for the treatment. This is also an opportunity for you to raise any concerns or questions you may have, and to discuss your expectations and desired results. Before the treatment, we will thoroughly discuss any post-treatment advice and potential risks associated with the treatment to ensure you fully understand them. A consent form will also be signed. If it is your first time being treated in a specific area, a small patch test will be performed to determine suitability. If your skin type is III or above, a topical serum may be required for 4 weeks prior to the treatment. Following a successful patch test, the treatment will be performed after 48 hours, although the patch testing period may be extended up to 2 weeks if certain medications are found during your medical history.
