Our specific mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is used to treat various aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin. This treatment improves the pitting of the skin, pigmentation, pore minimization, premature ageing, skin hyperplasia, sun-damaged skin, lines, wrinkles, and skin complexion. Ultimately, it improves the thickness and hydration of the dermis and epidermis, resulting in a healthier, glowing, and youthful appearance of the skin.

When you come for a consultation at Dr Sknn, a complete medical history, along with a physical examination that includes photographs, will be taken, followed by an opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, results, or questions you may have. Prior to treatment, our team will discuss all post-treatment advice and the potential risks associated with Fractional CO2 Laser, ensuring you fully understand them, and sign a consent form. If you are new to the treatment, a small patch test will be performed to check suitability. For those with skin type III or above, a topical application of serum or product may be needed for four weeks before the treatment. Safety and eligibility for treatment is of the utmost importance to us, so we will perform a full consultation before any treatment, followed by a patch test to ensure that the treatment is safe and suitable for you. Following successful patch tests, the treatment can be delivered after 48 hours, but please note that the patch testing period may be extended to two weeks if any medication is found during your medical history.
