In cases where we are treating a new area, we will perform a small patch test to ensure the treatment is suitable. If the client's skin type is III or higher, a topical serum may be required for four weeks prior to the treatment. Following a successful patch test, we will administer the treatment within 48 hours, although this may be extended to two weeks if necessary due to certain medications found in the medical history. Additionally, if the client has a skin type of III or higher, we may recommend a topical product application for four weeks prior to treatment.
