At Dr Sknn we make use of the Lynton Lumina, a state-of-the-art Intense Pulsed Light System (IPL), which is also used by NHS and private hospitals across the UK, to treat Neck Redness securely and effectively on skin types I-IV. By emitting light in particular wavelength ranges at Dr Sknn, we target absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, thus allowing us to treat Neck Redness at various sizes and depths while causing minimal harm to the skin around. Subsequent to treatment, the impaired vessels are absorbed by the body and no trace of the initial lesion is visible.

By way of IPL at Dr Sknn, we employ light energy which is taken in by the Neck Redness, heating them to the extent that they tense up or collapse, and are sealed. In the following weeks, the ruined vessels are consumed by the body naturally, leaving almost no trace of the initial lesion.
