Utilising light with particular wavelength ranges, we at Dr Sknn are able to target absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, allowing us to treat Poikiloderma of varying sizes and depths with minimal damage to the skin in the surrounding areas. Once the procedure is complete, the damaged vessels are absorbed by the body and typically leave no evidence of the initial lesion.
