At Dr Sknn we utilise the Lynton Lumina, a state-of-the-art Intense Pulsed Light System (IPL) in use by the NHS and private hospitals across the UK, to treat Red Chest in a secure and effective manner on skin types I-IV. By utilising light at a specific wavelength range we target absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, permitting us to treat Red Chest of many sizes and depths while causing minimal harm to the nearby skin. Once treatment is completed the damaged vessels are taken in by the body, leaving hardly any trace of the original lesion.
