When you visit Dr Skn for a consultation regarding Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, you will undergo a thorough medical history review and physical examination, which may include photographs. During this time, you will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, or questions you may have about the treatment or results. The risks associated with the treatment and post-treatment advice will also be discussed, and you will be required to sign a consent form. If it is your first time receiving treatment in a specific area, a small patch test may be performed to ensure suitability. At Dr Skn, safety and eligibility for treatment are paramount, and a full consultation will be conducted before any treatment is administered. If deemed suitable for the treatment, a patch test will be performed, and if successful, the treatment can be scheduled within 48 hours. Please note that if certain medications were found during your medical history review, the patch test may be extended to 2 weeks.
