CO2 fractional ablative laser is a laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of skin irregularities, such as wrinkles and scars. This treatment stimulates collagen production by targeting and removing a fraction of the skin's surface, which leads to an improvement in overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into thousands of tiny micro-columns, which are then delivered to the affected area. This procedure can be used to treat skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and stretch marks, as well as to reduce laxity in the skin. Unlike other laser treatments, this procedure is non-invasive and requires no downtime. It is a safe and effective way to improve the appearance of skin irregularities, and it can be performed on any part of the body. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser that stimulates new skin production in the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect, resulting in faster healing. Our mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm treats a variety of aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin. The treatment improves pitting of the skin, pigmentation, pore minimisation, premature ageing, skin hyperplasia, sun-damaged skin, lines, wrinkles, and skin complexion, resulting in a healthier, glowing, youthful appearance of the skin. It is suitable for all skin types, and the results can be seen within

Doctor Led Ablative Laser Resurfacing Hyde - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Ablative Laser Resurfacing

At Dr Skn, we perform thorough consultations before Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, which includes taking your medical history, performing a physical examination and taking photographs. This provides an opportunity to address any concerns, expectations or questions you may have regarding the treatment. We also discuss post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment to ensure that you are fully informed and a consent form is signed. In case of a new area being treated, a small patch test is performed to ensure suitability. For patients with skin type III+, a topical application of serum may be required for 4 weeks prior to treatment. Safety and eligibility for treatment is our highest priority, and therefore, a patch test is performed to determine suitability. Following a successful patch test, treatment is delivered 48 hours later. In certain cases, patch testing may be extended up to 2 weeks if certain medications were found during your medical history. Additionally, patients with skin type III+ may require a topical product application for 4 weeks before treatment.
