During this time, we encourage our patients to discuss any concerns or questions they may have, as well as their expectations and desired results. We also take the opportunity to discuss any risks associated with the treatment and provide post-treatment advice. If it is a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure the suitability of the treatment. In cases where the patient has a skin type of III+, a topical application of serum or product may be necessary for 4 weeks prior to treatment.
