CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment commonly used to address skin irregularities such as wrinkles and scars. By targeting and removing a fraction of the surface of the skin, this laser stimulates collagen production and improves overall skin texture and tone. The laser beam is split into tiny micro-columns and delivered to the affected area, making it effective in treating skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, stretch marks, and laxity in the skin. This non-invasive procedure is safe and effective for all skin types, with no downtime required. Dr Sknn offers an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser for the face, neck, décolleté, and body areas. The mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is used to treat fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin. By improving skin thickness and hydration, this laser treatment results in a healthier, youthful appearance of the skin.

Doctor Led C02 Laser Chester - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for C02 Laser

When you visit Dr Sknn for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, you can expect a thorough consultation process to ensure your safety and suitability for the procedure. The consultation will begin with a medical history review, including a physical examination and photographs. This is also an opportunity for you to discuss any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have about the treatment. Before the procedure, we will discuss post-treatment advice and the potential risks involved to make sure you have a clear understanding, and a consent form will be signed. If this is a new treatment area, a small patch test will be carried out to ensure suitability. For those with a skin type of III+, a topical serum may be required for 4 weeks before treatment. At Dr Sknn, we prioritize your safety and eligibility for treatment. Our consultation process is tailored to each individual, and if you are found to be suitable for the procedure, a patch test will be performed. If successful, we will deliver the treatment 48 hours post patch testing, although the patch test may be extended to 2 weeks if certain medications were found in your medical history. Similarly, if you have a skin type of III+, a topical product may be necessary for 4 weeks before treatment to prepare your skin.
