This laser works by targeting and removing a fraction of the skin's surface to stimulate collagen production, resulting in improved skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into thousands of tiny micro-columns that are then delivered to the affected area. This treatment is commonly used to treat wrinkles, acne scars, age spots, skin discoloration, and stretch marks, and can be applied to any part of the body. Unlike other laser treatments, CO2 fractional ablative laser is a non-invasive procedure that requires no downtime. It is a safe and effective method to reduce skin irregularities, enhance skin tone and texture, and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. At Dr Sknn, we offer advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment for the face, neck, décolleté, and body areas. This specific mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is used to treat a range of aesthetic concerns such as pigmented lesions, fine lines, dyschromia, sun damage, enlarged pores, unwanted scars, texture, and loose skin. The treatment stimulates new skin production in the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect, leading to a healthier, glowing, and youthful appearance of the

Why Choose Dr Sknn for C02 Laser

When you visit Dr Sknn for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, you'll first undergo a consultation where your medical history will be reviewed, along with a physical examination and photographs. This is also the perfect opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, or questions you may have. Before the treatment, we'll thoroughly explain any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the procedure, making sure you fully understand them, and a consent form will be signed. Additionally, if it's your first time receiving the treatment in a particular area, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. For those with skin type III+, a topical serum application may be necessary for four weeks before the treatment. Your safety and eligibility are of utmost importance to us, and we'll conduct a full consultation to determine if you're a suitable candidate for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. If you are, we'll perform a patch test after which, successful tests will allow us to proceed with the treatment within 48 hours. However, if you have certain medications in your medical history, the patch test may be extended to two weeks. Finally, for those with skin type III+, a topical product application may be necessary for four weeks prior to treatment.
