At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser that stimulates new skin production within the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect. The laser is delivered over the skin in a methodical even pattern with precise spacing between each laser emission, sparing the tissue in-between and resulting in a faster healing process. We use a specific mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm to treat various aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin.

At Dr Sknn, we conduct a thorough consultation with all patients prior to their Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. This includes a comprehensive medical history review and physical examination, including photographs, to ensure safety and eligibility for treatment. During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, or questions you may have about the treatment, and we will provide you with detailed post-treatment advice and discuss the potential risks associated with the treatment, ensuring that you fully understand them before signing a consent form. If it is your first time receiving treatment in a new area, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. Additionally, if you have a skin type of III+, a topical application of serum may be required for 4 weeks prior to treatment. Our top priority at Dr Sknn is ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, which is why we tailor our approach to each individual's needs and perform thorough assessments before proceeding with any treatment. Following successful patch tests, we are able to deliver the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, with the exception of situations where certain medications may require an extended patch testing period of up to 2 weeks.
