CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to improve skin irregularities like wrinkles, scars, and age spots. The laser targets and removes a fraction of the skin's surface, stimulating collagen production and improving overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam splits into tiny micro-columns that are directed towards the affected area. This treatment is also effective in improving the appearance of stretch marks and laxity in the skin. Unlike other laser treatments, it is a non-invasive procedure that requires no downtime. It is safe and effective for all skin types, and results are seen within weeks, lasting several months. Dr Sknn offers an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser that stimulates new skin production, improving skin texture, fine lines, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, and sun damage, among other aesthetic concerns. We use a specific mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm, treating various areas such as face, neck, décolleté, and body areas, resulting in a healthier, youthful, and glowing skin appearance. The laser is delivered over the skin in a precise and methodical pattern, resulting in faster healing, and improved thickness and hydration of the dermis and epidermis. Ultimately, the procedure improves the skin complexion, minimizing pores, and reducing premature aging, skin hyperplasia, and unwanted scars.

Doctor Led C02 Laser Timbersbrook - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for C02 Laser

At Dr Skn, we begin the consultation for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment by taking a detailed medical history, performing a physical examination including photographs, and discussing any concerns, expectations, results, or questions you may have. We also provide you with post-treatment advice and discuss the risks associated with the treatment, ensuring that you fully understand them and sign a consent form. In case of a new area being treated, a small patch test will be conducted to determine the suitability of the treatment. If your skin type is III or above, we may recommend a topical application of serum or product for four weeks prior to the treatment. We prioritize safety and eligibility for the treatment, and therefore, a full consultation and patch test will be conducted before proceeding with the treatment. Successful patch tests allow us to deliver the treatment after 48 hours, however, if certain medications are found during your medical history, the patch testing may be extended up to two weeks.
