By giving off light in certain wavelength ranges, we are able to target absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, permitting us to treat Cherry Spots of various sizes and depths, while causing minimal damage to the surrounding skin. Subsequent to the treatment, the damaged vessels are taken in by the body and there is hardly any trace of the initial lesion.
