You'll have the opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, or questions you may have about the treatment, as well as any potential risks or post-treatment advice. A consent form will be signed after discussing the treatment process. A small patch test will also be conducted to ensure the suitability of the treatment for the area being treated. Safety and eligibility are of the utmost importance at Dr Skn, and a full consultation will be carried out prior to treatment, along with a patch test to determine suitability. The patch test can be extended to two weeks if certain medications are detected during your medical history, and if your skin type is III+, you may need to apply a topical serum for four weeks before treatment.
