The potential risks and post-treatment advice will also be discussed with you, and you will be required to sign a consent form before the treatment can commence. If it is the first time you are having the treatment on a particular area, a small patch test will be performed to ensure your skin is suitable for the procedure. If your skin type is III or higher, a topical serum may be recommended to be applied for four weeks prior to the treatment.
