At Dr Sknn, we prioritize safety and eligibility to the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. During the consultation, which includes a medical history, physical examination and photographs, we ensure that any concerns, expectations, results, or questions you may have are discussed. Before the treatment, we will provide you with post-treatment advice and discuss any risks associated with the treatment, ensuring that you fully understand them and sign a consent form. For new areas being treated, we perform a small patch test to ensure suitability. If your skin type is III+, a topical application of serum or product may be required for 4 weeks prior to treatment. Following successful patch testing, we can deliver the treatment after 48 hours, unless certain medications were found during your medical history, in which case the patch testing may be extended to 2 weeks.
