CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment that is used to improve the appearance of skin irregularities such as wrinkles and scars. This laser treatment works by targeting and removing a fraction of the surface of the skin to stimulate collagen production and improve overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into thousands of tiny micro-columns which are then delivered to the affected area. This treatment is non-invasive and doesn't require any downtime. It's effective in improving skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and stretch marks. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment that allows new skin production stimulated within the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect delivered over the skin in a methodical even pattern with precise spacing between each laser emission, sparing the tissue in-between for a faster healing process. This specific mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is used to treat a variety of aesthetic concerns including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks and loose skin. The treatment improves the thickness and hydration of the dermis and epidermis, resulting in a healthier, glowing, youthful appearance of the skin. The results are usually seen within a few weeks and can last for several months. This treatment can be used on any area of the body, including the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. Doctor Led CO2 Laser Marton - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for CO2 Laser

At Dr Skn, we take your safety and eligibility for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment very seriously. That's why, during your consultation, we conduct a thorough medical history, including a physical examination and photographs. This is also your opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, or questions you may have regarding the treatment. We'll also discuss any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, ensuring that you fully understand them before signing a consent form. If it's a new area being treated, we'll perform a small patch test to ensure suitability. In addition, if you have a skin type of III+, we may recommend a topical application of serum or product for four weeks prior to the treatment. Following a successful patch test, we'll be able to deliver the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment after 48 hours, although please note that patch testing may be extended to two weeks if certain medications are found during your medical history. At Dr Skn, our priority is to ensure your safety and satisfaction with the treatment, and we're committed to delivering personalized care to meet your specific needs.
