Before the treatment, any risks associated with the procedure will be discussed, and post-treatment advice will be given to ensure that you fully understand the process. Additionally, a consent form will need to be signed. If this is a new area for treatment, a small patch test may be performed to ensure suitability. At Dr Sknn, safety and eligibility for the treatment are of utmost importance. Since everyone's needs are different, a full consultation will be conducted to determine if you are suitable for the treatment, and if so, a patch test will be conducted. Successful patch tests allow the treatment to proceed within 48 hours, but if you are taking certain medications, the patch testing may be extended to 2 weeks.
