During the consultation, you will also have the opportunity to express any concerns, expectations, or queries you may have regarding the treatment. The risks associated with the treatment and post-treatment care will be discussed in detail to ensure that you fully understand them before signing a consent form. If it is your first time getting the treatment, a small patch test will be performed to determine your suitability. For those with a skin type of III+, a topical serum may be required for four weeks prior to treatment. Safety is of the highest priority at Dr Sknn, and as such, eligibility to treatment is determined on a case-by-case basis, following a full consultation and patch test.
