When you visit Dr Sknn for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, the first step will be a consultation during which a detailed medical history will be taken and a physical examination will be performed. Any concerns, questions or expectations you may have can be discussed at this time. Before the treatment, you will be advised on the risks and provided with post-treatment advice to ensure that you have a full understanding of what to expect. If this is a new area being treated, a small patch test may be performed to ensure suitability. At Dr Sknn, ensuring safety and eligibility for treatment is our top priority, so a full consultation will be carried out before any treatment is performed. A patch test will also be conducted to assess suitability. Once you have successfully passed the patch test, the treatment can be carried out 48 hours later.
