During your consultation, which includes a medical history, physical examination and photographs, we will discuss any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have. We will also explain any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment to ensure you fully understand them and sign a consent form. If it is a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. If your skin type is III or above, we may require you to apply a topical serum or product for four weeks prior to treatment. We understand that each patient is unique, and therefore, a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work for everyone. Therefore, we perform a full consultation and patch test to ensure safety and eligibility for the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. Following a successful patch test, treatment will be delivered after 48 hours.
