Ultimately, the Fractional CO2 Laser improves the thickness and hydration of the dermis and epidermis, resulting in a healthier, glowing, youthful appearance of the skin.

At Dr Skn, a comprehensive consultation is carried out before the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. The consultation includes taking your medical history, performing a physical examination which may involve taking photographs and discussing any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have. Our team will also provide you with post-treatment advice and discuss the potential risks associated with the treatment. If you're having a new area treated, we will perform a small patch test to ensure suitability. For patients with skin type III+, a topical serum may be needed four weeks prior to treatment. Safety and eligibility are our top priorities, and we will only proceed with treatment if it's suitable for you. We may need to extend the patch test to two weeks if certain medications are found during your medical history. Additionally, if you have skin type III+, we may require a topical application of product four weeks before treatment.
