Before undergoing Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, a comprehensive consultation will be conducted, which includes taking your medical history, performing a physical examination, and taking photographs. This is the perfect time for you to discuss your concerns, expectations, and ask any questions you may have. We will also provide you with post-treatment advice and discuss the risks associated with the treatment to ensure that you fully understand them. Additionally, if you are being treated in a new area, a small patch test will be conducted to check the suitability of the treatment. In the event that you have skin type III+, we may require you to undergo a topical application of serum or product for four weeks prior to the treatment. We understand that everyone is unique, and as such, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. This is why we take every step to ensure your safety and suitability for treatment. If you are found to be eligible for treatment following the patch test, we will schedule your treatment for 48 hours post-patch testing. However, if any medication is found during your medical history, the patch testing may be extended to two weeks.
