Microneedling uses very fine needles to create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the upper dermis (up to 1 mm in the Dr Sknn Serum Lift). Your skin reads this as a signal to repair, switching on collagen and elastin production while we infuse targeted serums through the freshly opened channels.

All fillers used at Dr Sknn are premium, hyaluronic-acid based and fully dissolvable. Every treatment is preceded by a detailed medical consultation and facial assessment, with safety protocols that prioritise vascular mapping, conservative dosing and natural proportions over unnecessary volume.
Important: Filler choice, depth and whether a needle or cannula is used will be decided during your consultation. Not all areas are suitable for every patient. Treatment may be declined or staged if we feel this is safer or more in line with natural results.
