CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of skin by reducing wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This treatment involves directing a fraction of the laser beam to the affected area, which removes a portion of the skin's surface to promote collagen production and improve overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into thousands of micro-columns, which are delivered in a precise and even pattern to the target area. This non-invasive procedure is effective in treating skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and laxity in the skin, and is also useful in improving the appearance of stretch marks. Unlike other laser treatments, the CO2 fractional ablative laser doesn't require any downtime and is safe and efficient. It can be used on various body areas, including the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms, and the results are typically seen within a few weeks and can last for several months. Doctor Led Facial Laser Treatment Hale - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Facial Laser Treatment

At Dr Skn, when you book a consultation for a Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, you will be required to provide your medical history and undergo a physical examination which includes taking photographs of the treatment area. This is to ensure your safety and eligibility for the treatment. During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns or expectations you may have, as well as ask any questions regarding the treatment or its results. You will also be informed of any post-treatment advice and the risks associated with the treatment, and a consent form will be signed to ensure you fully understand these. Additionally, if you are receiving treatment in a new area, a small patch test will be performed to ensure its suitability. For those with a skin type of III+, a topical application of serum may be needed for 4 weeks prior to treatment. Following the consultation and successful patch test, we will be able to perform the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. Please note that if certain medications are found during your medical history, the patch test may be extended up to 2 weeks. At Dr Skn, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take all necessary steps to ensure you have a comfortable and successful treatment experience.
