At Dr Sknn we employ the Lynton Lumina, a cutting-edge Intense Pulsed Light System (IPL) regularly used by the NHS and private hospitals across the UK, to safely and effectively treat Facial Spider Veins on skin types I-IV. By releasing light of a certain wavelength range, we endeavour to target absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, enabling us to treat a variety of Facial Spider Veins at varying sizes and depths, while causing minimal disruption to the nearby skin. After the treatment, the damaged vessels are absorbed by the body, leaving little or no trace of the original lesion.
