At Dr Sknn, we provide an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment that is suitable for all skin types. This treatment allows for the production of new skin by stimulating the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect. The laser emission is delivered over the skin in a methodical and even pattern with precise spacing, resulting in spared tissue in between and a faster healing process. Our specific mid-infrared CO2 laser, with a wavelength of 10,600 nm, is effective in treating various aesthetic concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks and loose skin. This treatment improves the thickness and hydration of the dermis and epidermis, resulting in a healthier, glowing and more youthful appearance of the skin. Ultimately, it helps with pore minimisation, premature ageing, skin hyperplasia, sun damaged skin, lines, wrinkles and skin complexion.

Doctor Led Fractional CO2 Laser Bolton - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Fractional CO2 Laser

At Dr Skn, before undergoing Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, a thorough consultation is conducted that includes taking your medical history, performing a physical examination, and taking photographs. This consultation offers you the opportunity to discuss your concerns, expectations, questions, and the expected results of the treatment. We ensure that you fully understand any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment before proceeding, and we will have you sign a consent form. If this is a new treatment area, a small patch test will be performed to ensure that it's suitable for you. Additionally, if your skin type is III+, a topical serum may be required for four weeks before the treatment. Safety and eligibility are our top priorities at Dr Skn, which is why we conduct a full consultation and patch test before proceeding with any treatment. Following a successful patch test, we can deliver the treatment within 48 hours. However, if certain medications were found during your medical history, the patch testing may be extended to two weeks. Furthermore, if your skin type is III+, a topical product may be necessary for four weeks before the treatment.
