CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This laser targets and removes a fraction of the skin's surface to stimulate collagen production and enhance overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is divided into numerous tiny micro-columns that are then transmitted to the affected area. This procedure is useful in treating skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and stretch marks. It also helps in improving the appearance of laxity in the skin. Unlike other laser treatments, CO2 fractional ablative laser is a non-invasive procedure that doesn't require downtime. It is a safe and effective way to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and other skin irregularities, and it can be used on any body part. At Dr Sknn, we offer advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment for the face, neck, décolleté, and body areas, which stimulates new skin production in the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect. Our mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is specifically designed to treat fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin. This treatment improves the thickness and hydration of the dermis and epidermis, resulting in a healthier, glowing, and youthful skin complexion. The tissue in between the laser

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Fractional Laser

At Dr Sknn, we conduct thorough consultations to ensure your safety and eligibility for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. The consultation involves taking your medical history, performing a physical examination and photographs, and providing an opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, results, or questions you may have. Prior to treatment, we will discuss any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment to ensure that you have a full understanding of the procedure, and a consent form will be signed. In addition, if it is a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. For those with a skin type of III+, a topical application of serum may be required for four weeks prior to treatment. Our priority is your safety, and as no one size fits all, a full consultation and patch test will be performed to determine your suitability for the treatment. Successful patch tests will allow us to proceed with the treatment 48 hours post-testing, but please note that patch testing may be extended up to two weeks if certain medications are found during your medical history. Similarly, those with skin type III+ may require a topical application of product for four weeks prior to treatment.
