When you visit Dr Sknn for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, a thorough medical history, physical examination and photographs will be taken during the consultation. This is to ensure that the treatment is safe and suitable for you. Any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have will also be discussed, along with post-treatment advice and the risks associated with the treatment. If it is your first time having this treatment on a particular area, a small patch test will be performed to check for suitability. If your skin type is III or above, a topical serum or product may be required for 4 weeks prior to the treatment.
