CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This laser targets and removes a fraction of the skin's surface to stimulate collagen production and enhance skin tone and texture. The laser beam is divided into tiny micro-columns that are directed to the affected area, making it effective for treating wrinkles, skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, stretch marks, and skin laxity. Compared to other laser treatments, the CO2 fractional ablative laser is non-invasive, safe, and requires no downtime. It can be used on any area of the body, including the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. Results are usually visible within weeks and can last for months. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser that stimulates new skin production and allows for faster healing. We use a specific mid-infrared CO2 laser to treat various aesthetic concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, sun damage, and loose skin. The treatment improves skin hydration, thickness, and complexion, resulting in a healthy, youthful appearance.

Doctor Led Fractional Laser Golborne - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Fractional Laser

At Dr Skn, we conduct a thorough consultation that includes a medical history and physical examination, which may involve taking photographs, before performing any Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. This consultation allows us to address any concerns, expectations, or questions you may have about the treatment, as well as discuss the post-treatment advice and risks associated with it. If it is a new treatment area, a small patch test may be performed to ensure suitability. For individuals with skin type III+, a topical application of serum or product may be necessary for four weeks before the treatment. Our priority is to ensure the safety and eligibility of each individual for the treatment, and therefore a patch test is conducted before proceeding with the treatment. If certain medications are found during the medical history, the patch test may be extended up to two weeks. After a successful patch test, the treatment will be delivered, and we will provide full instructions for aftercare.
