CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment that can improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This treatment works by removing a fraction of the surface of the skin to stimulate collagen production, resulting in improved skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into thousands of tiny micro-columns and delivered to the affected area, making it effective for treating wrinkles, age spots, acne scars, and other skin irregularities. Additionally, it can improve the appearance of stretch marks and skin laxity. Unlike other laser treatments, CO2 fractional ablative laser is non-invasive and requires no downtime. This safe and effective procedure can be used on any part of the body, and results can be seen within a few weeks and last for several months. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser that uses mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm to treat a variety of aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin. Our methodical and precise spacing between each laser emission spares the tissue in-between, resulting in faster healing. This treatment ultimately improves the thickness and hydration

Doctor Led Fractional Laser Marple Bridge - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Fractional Laser

When you visit Dr Sknn for a Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, you'll first undergo a comprehensive consultation which includes a physical exam, photographs and a review of your medical history. This is also an opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, and ask any questions you may have. Before undergoing the treatment, the potential risks and post-treatment advice will be discussed with you to ensure that you fully understand everything and provide your consent. If you are having a new area treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. In case you have a skin type of III or above, a topical application of serum may be necessary for 4 weeks prior to treatment. At Dr Sknn, safety and eligibility are top priorities, and therefore a full consultation is mandatory to determine suitability for the treatment. After successful patch testing, the treatment will be delivered 48 hours post patch testing. However, in case any medications were found in your medical history, the patch testing may need to be extended up to 2 weeks. Also, a topical application of product may be required for 4 weeks before treatment if you have skin type III or above.
