CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of skin by targeting and removing a fraction of its surface to stimulate collagen production and improve overall tone and texture. This laser splits the beam into thousands of micro-columns, delivering them to the affected area to treat wrinkles, age spots, acne scars, skin discoloration, and other irregularities. It is also effective in treating stretch marks and laxity in the skin, and unlike other laser treatments, it is non-invasive and requires no downtime. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser for face, neck, décolleté, and body areas that allows for new skin production by delivering ablation and thermal effect in a methodical even pattern with precise spacing between each laser emission, resulting in a faster healing process. This specific mid-infrared CO2 laser is used to treat a variety of aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin. By improving skin pigmentation, pore minimization, premature aging, skin hyperplasia, sun-damaged skin, lines, wrinkles, and skin complexion, it ultimately results in a healthier, glowing, and youthful appearance of the skin. Results are usually seen within a few weeks and can last for several months. This laser treatment is safe for all skin

Doctor Led Fractional Laser Old Trafford - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Fractional Laser

At Dr Sknn, we offer Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, and during the consultation, our medical team will perform a thorough medical history and physical examination, which may include photographs. This is to ensure that we fully understand your concerns, expectations, and any questions you may have about the treatment. Our team will also discuss the post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment to make sure that you fully understand them before signing a consent form. If it is a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure that the treatment is suitable for you. We prioritize safety and eligibility to treatment, and as such, a full consultation is always performed to determine suitability. If you have a skin type of III+, a topical application of serum or product may be needed for four weeks prior to the treatment. Following a successful patch test, we are able to deliver the treatment after 48 hours. Please note that patch testing may be extended to two weeks if certain medications were found during your medical history.
