CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment that can improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This laser works by targeting and removing a fraction of the skin's surface to stimulate collagen production and improve overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into thousands of tiny micro-columns, which are then delivered to the affected area. This treatment can effectively address skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and stretch marks, and is non-invasive, requiring no downtime. Dr Sknn offers an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser for face, neck, décolleté and body areas that uses mid-infrared CO2 laser technology at 10,600 nm. This laser treats a variety of aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin. By allowing new skin production within the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect delivered over the skin in a methodical even pattern with precise spacing between each laser emission, the tissue in-between is spared, resulting in a faster healing process. This treatment can be used on any area of the body, and the results are usually seen within a few weeks, lasting for several months. It is suitable for all skin types and can ultimately improve the thickness and hydration of the dermis and epidermis, resulting in a healthier, glowing, youthful appearance of the skin

Doctor Led Fractional Laser Resurfacing Monks Heath - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Fractional Laser Resurfacing

At Dr Skn, when you book a consultation for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, our team of medical professionals will conduct a thorough medical history and physical examination, which includes photographs, to ensure your suitability for the treatment. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and discuss any concerns or expectations you may have about the procedure. We take your safety seriously and therefore, prior to treatment, we will discuss any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment to ensure that you are fully informed and understand everything. Additionally, if it is your first time receiving the treatment or a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. If your skin type is III+, a topical application of serum or product may be required for 4 weeks before treatment. Following a successful patch test, we are able to deliver the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, but please be aware that patch testing may be extended up to 2 weeks if certain medications were found during your medical history.
