During your consultation, a medical history will be taken, along with a physical examination and photographs, to ensure your suitability for treatment. We will also discuss any concerns, expectations, results, or questions you may have, as well as provide advice and inform you of any risks associated with the treatment. If it is a new area being treated, a small patch test will be conducted to ensure suitability. For those with skin types of III or higher, a topical serum or product may be required for 4 weeks prior to treatment. Following successful patch testing, the treatment can be delivered after 48 hours, although the patch test may be extended up to 2 weeks if certain medications were found during your medical history.
