During the consultation, a thorough medical history and physical examination, including photographs, will be taken. You will also have the opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, results, or questions you may have. Prior to treatment, we will discuss any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment to ensure you fully understand them, and a consent form will be signed. In addition, if it is a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. For clients with skin types of III or above, a topical application of serum or product may be necessary for 4 weeks prior to treatment. After a successful patch test, the treatment will be delivered within 48 hours, although patch testing may be extended if certain medications are found during your medical history.
