CO2 fractional ablative laser is a laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. It operates by targeting and removing a portion of the skin's surface, stimulating collagen production and improving overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is divided into thousands of tiny micro-columns that are delivered to the affected area. This treatment can address a range of issues, including skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and laxity in the skin, as well as improving the appearance of stretch marks. What sets CO2 fractional ablative laser apart from other laser treatments is that it is non-invasive and requires no downtime. It is a safe and effective way to improve the appearance of wrinkles and skin irregularities, while also enhancing skin tone and texture. This treatment is suitable for all skin types and can be used on various body parts, including the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. Results are typically noticeable within a few weeks and can last for several months. At Dr Sknn, we provide an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment for face, neck, décolleté, and body areas. This treatment allows for new skin production, stimulated within the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effects that are delivered over the skin in a methodical even pattern, with precise spacing between

Doctor Led Fractional Laser Woodley - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Fractional Laser

At Dr Skn, we conduct a thorough consultation prior to the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, which includes a medical history review, physical examination, and photographs. During this time, we encourage our clients to discuss their expectations, concerns, and any questions they may have about the treatment. We also discuss post-treatment advice and potential risks to ensure that our clients fully understand the treatment process before signing a consent form. For new treatment areas, we perform a small patch test to ensure suitability. If a client has skin type III or above, a topical application of serum may be required for four weeks prior to treatment. We prioritize safety and eligibility to treatment, and therefore, perform a patch test before the treatment. Following a successful patch test, the treatment can be administered after 48 hours. However, the patch testing period may be extended up to two weeks if certain medications are found during the medical history review. If a client has skin type III or above, a topical application of product may be required four weeks prior to treatment.
