CO2 fractional ablative laser is a laser treatment used to improve skin irregularities such as wrinkles and scars. This type of laser works by removing a fraction of the skin's surface, which stimulates collagen production and improves skin tone and texture. The laser beam is divided into numerous tiny micro-columns and delivered to the targeted area. It can be used to treat various skin concerns including skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and laxity in the skin. Unlike other laser treatments, it is a non-invasive procedure that requires no downtime, making it a safe and effective way to enhance the skin's appearance. The CO2 fractional ablative laser can be used on any part of the body, and the results are typically seen within a few weeks and can last for several months. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser that uses mid-infrared CO2 laser technology at 10,600 nm to treat a wide range of aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin. This laser treatment improves skin complexion, thickness

Doctor Led Full Face CO2 Laser Resurfacing Marple - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Full Face CO2 Laser Resurfacing

At Dr Skn, a consultation will be carried out which includes taking your medical history, conducting a physical examination and capturing photographs. This will provide an opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have regarding the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. Before the treatment, we will explain any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment to ensure that you have a full understanding, and a consent form will be signed. If this is your first time being treated, a small patch test will be conducted to ensure suitability. For individuals with a skin type of III+, a topical serum or product may be required for 4 weeks before the treatment. Safety and eligibility are our top priorities, and a full consultation will be carried out to determine suitability for the treatment. If deemed appropriate, a patch test will be performed, and after 48 hours, the treatment can be delivered following successful patch tests. Please note that patch testing may be extended to 2 weeks if certain medications were found during your medical history.
