During the consultation, any concerns, expectations, results or queries that you may have will be discussed. Additionally, any post-treatment advice and potential risks associated with the treatment will also be thoroughly explained to ensure that you fully understand them. If it's your first time getting the treatment done on a new area, a small patch test will be performed to determine the suitability of the treatment. In case your skin type is III or higher, a topical application of serum may be required for 4 weeks prior to the treatment. Patient safety and eligibility are of utmost importance, and therefore, a patch test will be carried out to determine suitability. After a successful patch test, the treatment can be delivered, although if certain medications were found during your medical history, the patch testing may be extended up to 2 weeks. For individuals with skin type III or higher, a topical application of the product may be needed for 4 weeks before the treatment.
