If it's a new area being treated, a small patch test is performed to ensure suitability. For patients with skin type III+, a topical application of serum or product may be required for four weeks prior to treatment. Safety and eligibility for the treatment is our top priority, hence a full consultation is performed, and patch testing is conducted before the treatment. Patch testing can be extended to two weeks if certain medications are found during the medical history.
