By radiating light in distinct wavelength ranges, we can target absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin at Dr Sknn, thereby enabling us to treat Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) at different sizes and depths while causing minimal harm to the surrounding skin. Following the procedure, the damaged vessels are taken in by the body and little or no trace of the initial lesion remains.
