At Dr Sknn, we utilise IPL to employ light energy, this light is taken in by the blood vessels which gets so hot that they go into spasm and/or collapse, thus sealing up. In the following weeks the spoiled vessels are taken in by the body so almost no sign of the original lesion is visible.
